Returns

We hope that you will love your Keke items but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days.

On the reverse of your invoice you will find a returns form. Please complete all the details for each item stating the reason for the return.

If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned, we will refund the difference. If however it costs more, an additional payment will be needed before dispatch can be authorized.

Please ensure you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office when returning items as claims for lost packages cannot be accepted without proof of postage. Returns postage is a direct cost to you and we regret that it cannot be refunded. We will not charge P&P for replacement items however.

Faulty Goods

All of our goods are quality checked. However, in the unlikely event that they are found to be faulty or damaged in transit, please return them within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange or refund them less postage. Please keep proof of postage for any items returned.
